Request for Proposals

The Hubbard Free Library is seeking proposals from qualified historic masonry contractors to repoint and clean the exterior masonry and chimney.  This project is partially funded by a Historic Community Buildings Grant administered by the Maine Historic Preservation Commission (MHPC). This project will preserve the building’s structural integrity and historic character, while addressing deterioration in masonry elements.
