The Hubbard Free Library is run by team of staff, the Board of Trustees, and our wonderful volunteers.

Our staff includes the Director and two part-time staff, who all wear many hats, though each has their special area of expertise.

The Board of Trustees helps steer the direction of the library, oversees its financial and strategic planning, raises funds to run the library and preserve the building, and fosters relationships with donors, community members, and local government officials.
